I’ll Be Home for Christmas: A Watchful Home

Happy Advent to everyone. We are starting our sermon series this Sunday called I’ll Be Home For Christmas. Christmas is a time of the year in which even non-Christians know something significant is happening. I don’t think it is only because of the culture. There is a spiritual aspect to this time of year. It is the Holy Spirit pointing all people to a baby Boy lying in a manger. That scene shows everyone that God has not been far away but was willing to come and be with us. That scene shows everyone that God is not unknown or too mysterious for us to even try to know Him, but that God IS known and makes Himself known. In His revealing Himself to us we know what and Who to look for. Listen in as we learn how God makes our homes into Watchful Homes.
